Please take a little time to read the following information:
Our salon is open 8.:00 – 20:00 on weekdays. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so if you wish to make an appointment with us during this time, we kindly ask you to reserve your booking online.
It is our goal to offer a professional service to each of our customers and ensure a comfortable and quiet environment. In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment right after your treatment personally, over the phone or via our online booking system on the website.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the treatment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the price of the treatment. In case of not paying the cancellation fee, clients cannot book the next appointment.
Of course, you cannot prepare for every situation. We don’t charge cancellation fee in case of accidents, illness, and delays in public transformation. If you anticipate that you cannot keep your appointment, please inform our salon by phone, text message or a Facebook message on our social media site.
If you feel ill (you have fever, or flu), or there is any sign of viral illness on your skin – e.g. herpes – please reschedule your appointment. We are cautious about not transmitting any disease in the salon, we would like to ask you not to compromise your own health, or our clients’ health.
Children in the Salon
If you can’t get anyone take care of your child while you are in the salon, and you have to take him/her with you, please contact us first! If you come with your child/children, please make sure you keep them entertained. Most of our guests come to the salon to relax and recharge, and having a child around who is running around and noisy, might be disturbing to them. Our salon is equipped with costly tools, therefore it might not be a good idea if children want to play with them.
Animals in the Salon
We kindly ask you to take care of your favourite pet’s accommodation for the duration of our services.
Our guests’ peace and quiet might be compromised if pets are present, and it is not good for pets if they accidentally get in contact with cosmetics.
Please note that our colleagues’ timetable is tight, so if you are late, they might have to shorten the treatment, or they might not be able to perform all the services. Depending on the duration of the treatment and the next scheduled appointment, in case of a long delay it is not mandatory for our colleagues to perform the service.
There might be more guests in our salon at the same time, so we kindly ask you to silence or turn off your mobile phones in order to keep quiet.
For our treatments, client robe and disposable underwear are provided. Undress as much as you feel comfortable with. During the treatment you will be conveniently draped, only the areas that are being treated will be uncovered. Of course, if you would like to take a shower after the treatment, we offer you this possibility as well.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the salon is prohibited. Please do not consume any alcohol 1-2 hours prior to your treatments. Refusal of service might occur in case of extreme behaviour or intoxicated condition of the person, or if he / she behaves inappropriately.
Sugar SPA gift cards are available for any of our treatments. For further details please get in contact with our receptionist. Please note that the expiry dates cannot be extended.
We accept cash, SugarSPA gift cards, and all major bankcards.
All prices are quoted in Hungarian Forints and include VAT. Gratuity is not included and is discretionary. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
